Chapter One ... Courage to Change
The only absolute is that every absolute will be challenged. Examine your belief structure and decide what is really important to you and what isn’t. People who don’t know what they believe in are liable to fall for anything. If you’re married, sit and talk to your mate about what you’re thinking and do your best to listen for once. Too many people claim that family comes first, but it turns out to be for public consumption only. Think it through. If you’re single or part of some so-called minority group be very careful about that chip on your shoulder. Justified or not it will effect your relationships negatively and limit your opportunities. The average person is uncomfortable around a crusader so try and be middle of the road in your public dealings.
Chapter Six ... Setting up Your Home Office
The old saying goes that if someone were to accuse you of being in business how hard would it be to prove. When you came to my home it was very obvious I was in business. We had a well equipped office with doors near the main entrance of the home. I went so far to have an electrician increase the available power to 200 amps and had some extra outlets put into the office on a separate circuit so I could easily identify what percentage of the bill was for my business. It was all worth it because in all our years of having an office at home we were never audited or questioned. The fact that we were in business was obvious and indisputable. Home offices are one of the greatest sources of small business audits and a favorite of the IRS. It’s easy to avoid if you take the task seriously.
Chapter Ten ... The World of MLM
Very few MLM organizations have the type of empathetic leadership that helps people through these times. The very competitive nature of people most attracted to this industry makes it a tough environment for any but the toughest individuals with hardy constitutions and thick skin. When you see these unbelievable incomes earned by some people in MLM know that such things are possible, but not probable for the average participant. There are a good many hurdles to overcome on the way. The key will be the depth of your hunger and the appeal that the industry is able to hold for you. This is the industry weakness that a good binary program addresses at times.
